Job title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Florida

Reports to: Executive Director, Marketing, Southeast

 

Position Description:

This role is a key leadership position for the Trulieve Florida marketing team. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing new and innovative marketing communications strategies and tactics supporting the Trulieve brand in Florida along with our 160+ dispensaries in the state. The role is end-to-end from strategy to planning to execution to analysis. This position works closely with a range of partners, including but not limited to agencies, digital marketing, brand, creative, data analytics, production and retail. This individual will provide role model inclusive leadership, business acumen, strategic agility, collaboration and inspire others. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing communications and traffic driving initiatives for the Florida market
  • Plan, develop, execute and optimize new, retention and dropped customer campaigns
  • Collaborate in building out monthly promo & launch calendar
  • Collaborate in building out and executing plans for major cultural, industry and commercial moments
  • Build out comprehensive marketing communication plans to support brand and product highlights and promotions.  Touchpoints can include website, email, text, social, paid media and in-store.
  • Build out and oversee execution of strategic email and text plans inclusive of identifying and optimizing customer segments.
  • Brief in creative, campaigns and activations to internal and external partners.
  • In partnership with creative team, develop localized content and communication initiatives.
  • Works with design agencies, vendors, employees and partners to ensure brand is used correctly and consistently
  • Collaborates with leadership, marketing team, production, retail and compliance
  • Comply with all security policies/procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in a marketing and/or retail related role
  • Retail marketing experience is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet
  • Experience in utilizing Monday.com, Asana or other project management type tools.
  • Proficient use with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint and Excel

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
