Job Title: Wholesale Activations Manager

Position Summary:
Wholesale Activations Manager
The Trulieve Wholesale Activations Manager will report to the Senior Wholesale Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Brand Ambassador teams to drive customer acquisition and retention through localized marketing, events, and initiatives that increase traffic and conversion. They will play a key role in executing impactful marketing strategies and translating go-to-market plans into actionable programs. Acting as the main point of contact for the brand ambassador teams, the Wholesale Activations Manager will ensure campaigns are delivered on time and effectively aligned with business priorities. Additionally, they will monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reporting to optimize marketing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the national onboarding and management of the Wholesale Brand Ambassador Program.
- Organize both in-person and virtual training sessions for dispensary partners.
- Organize/ Schedule pop-ups, industry events, meet-ups, trade shows.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Marketing Manager to develop and maintain educational platforms.
- Work with sales and wholesale marketing teams to plan, execute, and assess marketing strategies that boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Partner with the Wholesale Senior Marketing Manager to implement wholesale marketing initiatives in key markets.
- Coordinate market planning with state sales leaders and key stakeholders to create event and program calendars that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support both regional and national sales efforts, ensuring marketing strategies align with sales goals to enhance performance and build brand loyalty.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets for local partnerships, sponsorships, swag, and activations, and measure ROI through post-event analysis to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of field marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- Must be able to travel as needed to wholesale markets for stop ins and events.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to interact across various levels of stakeholders, manage time effectively, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record, pass a level 1 and level 2 background check, drug screening, and be at least 21 years old.
- Proven strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market, regional, and product dynamics, and the ability to think big picture while staying adaptable to changing environments.
- Collaborative and professional team player, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to receive and act on feedback.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to tasks, strong organizational skills, and a curious, open-minded attitude toward new ideas.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on need.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met. Due to the nature of our business, it is advocated that when representing Trulieve that our professionalism meets the needs of the medical patient base that we respectively serve.
- To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service.
- In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve’s objective in serving our patient base with excellent customer service.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
