Job Title:         IT Project Manager

Department:    IT

Location:         Remote

Reports to:      Director IT PMO

FLSA Status:   Exempt

 

Role Summary:  

Tremendous opportunity to build project management processes and lead projects at a company on an explosive growth path with modern, cloud-based IT applications.  As an IT Enterprise Application Project Manager, you will help establish how projects are planned, run and reported on across the enterprise and manage key projects. You will work closely with IT and business leadership in establishing project management practices and managing critical projects to provide the appropriate structure and visibility to our IT projects and portfolio at Trulieve.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects, including scoping, plan creation, estimating, status reporting and risk management
  • Lead Sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives
  • Create, manage, and report on IT project roadmaps
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate cross-functional team activities to manage and implement projects from initiation to final operational stage, including contingency planning
  • Manage communications of key project milestones, risks, and releases with internal stakeholders, including executive level leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for governmental and local laws and regulations
  • Deliver projects with awareness of IT compliance requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Work with change management and training resources to ensure employees impacted by projects are ready and will adopt changes introduced
  • Develop thorough understanding of the Trulieve business to apply business knowledge/strategy to our prioritization and project approach
  • Assist with vendor management, including vendor selection, SOW creation, and budget tracking
  • Assist with maturing the PMO standards and processes, including template creation/updates,  portfolio reporting, resource balancing, and prioritization processes
  • Limited domestic travel possible

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of IT project management
  • Experience managing large, enterprise-wide projects
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience creating project management and PMO artifacts such as project plans, project budgets, executive briefs, portfolio roadmaps, and other related documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Rock solid organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, continuous improvement mindset and can work with minimal direction
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Proactive personality who will drive results with strong customer service focus
  • Experience with SAP and Magento preferred

 

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background check

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
