Job Title: Cultivation Internship

Reports To: Director of Cultivation
Role Summary
The Cultivation Intern will be responsible for assisting the cultivation leadership team with developing tools to assess and manage the performance of the Garden. The Cultivation intern will be exposed to a variety of workgroups and will have the change to develop a menu for the wholesale team to facilitate business-to-business transactions. This role will work closely with our Cultivation Leadership team, providing support and contributing to various initiatives within our organization. This internship will offer valuable exposure to the intersection of data analytics, technology, and the cannabis sector, allowing the candidate to develop essential skills and knowledge in a unique and evolving industry.
Responsibilities
- Wholesale Menu Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive menu for the wholesale team to use in their business-to-business transactions.
- Work with the business unit to receive feedback and further develop the tools based on needs of the customer.
- Create an order form to generate sales digitally using the menu platform.
- Creating dashboards and visual aids for assessing KPIs:

- With feedback from the cultivation leadership team, development dashboards with visual aids related to KPIs.
- Meet with cultivation leadership to discuss trends, potential solutions, and data driven decision making.
- Asses technology gaps and provide potential solutions
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree with the discipline of Information Technology, Software Development, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to pass a state background check.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technically savvy and creative thinker who can develop visual aids to assist in comprehending large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- The role may require frequent travel to various retail locations.
- On-call availability may be required for urgent or emergency maintenance issues.
A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
