Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Manager
Business Unit: Production
Location: Midway
Reports To: Director of Project Management
Role Summary
The Senior Commercial Property Manager will be an integral part of the Trulieve Retail Maintenance department, reporting to the Director of Project Management. This role will focus on Property/ Lease management and Land Lord Relationships for all company properties for their full life cycle
Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s property portfolio, from commissioning of the lease through Lease termination.
- Assist with Local and State Municipalities on permitting tax payments and utilities management.
- Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system.
- Managing and coordinating CAM usage and charges
- Land Lord Relationship management
- Assisting the company’s compliance function
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial lease experience required
- 3+ years of substantial commercial real estate experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to effectively handle and prioritize multiple deadline-related tasks, manage time sensitive documents and projects, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Office administration experience a plus

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
