Job Title: Regional Material Manager
Business Unit: Production Cultivation Operations
Reports To: Executive Director, Production
Location: Monticello, FL
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Material Manager will be an integral part of the Trulieve Raw Material department, reporting to the Executive Director, Production. This role will focus on aligning all facilities to the National Standards for Raw Material Management. Supporting Production by managing the raw material orders, and inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, hires and trains material supervisors and managers to maintain optimum inventory levels
- Ensures that the National Standard practices are followed in connection with all material functions
- Manages the roll out of Kitting Standards, maintains process controls
- Assesses Cost Savings regarding Intercompany Transfers
- Maintains Pallet Capacity for Inventory Warehouse Standards
- Analyzes cost saving by buying in bulk, working with Purchasing to improve processes
- Maintains cycle counting practices, End of Month, Quarterly Counts and Audits
- Analyzes Obsolete and Expired Inventory
- Strategizes optimum labor needs by site
- Monthly Site / Quarterly Site Reviews
- Project New Product Storage Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience in related Management experience
- Ability to lead teams
- Preferred familiarity with SAP / NAV / Dutchie systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Flexibility of hours and ability to Travel Monthly
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
