Job Title: Compliance Technician - Cultivation
Department: Cultivation
Reports to: Cultivation Site Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Regular Full-time
POSITION SUMMARY
The responsibility of the Cultivation Compliance Technician is to keep all system movements in our track and trace system (Dutchie) up to date, including an exact plant count in all phases of the garden. This position is also responsible for tagging plants with compliance labels, harvesting plants in of the system, removing or culling plants from the system, maintaining a map of the garden of the exact location of plants, conducting spot audits of sections, as well as conducting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual internal and external audits. In Trulieve, the title of this position is “Manufacturing Compliance Technician” but when operating within the cultivation department, this individual will follow these roles and responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintaining Track and Trace System (Dutchie) to always be within Arizona Compliance
· Tagging new plants and ensuring they are added to the system weekly
· Harvesting, Culling, and/or removing plants that are no longer living in the garden
· Moving plants from the garden section within the system
· Maintaining a visual map of the garden that can locate every plant in the garden
· Conduct Monthly cycle counts of all plants, following SOX compliance and internal Trulieve procedures
· Help facilitate Annual audit with 3rd party auditors to ensure our plant counts are accurate and the value of our inventory is true
· Conduct random audits of the garden to ensure plant counts are accurate and we are in compliance at all times
· Help maintain plant trackers and maps of disease, pest, adulteration, etc.
· Keep track of Green Waste Log and ensure they are up to date and accurate
· Anything else assigned by the Cultivation Site Manager or State Cultivation Manager

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
• Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
