Job Title: Senior Procurement Data Analyst

Role Summary:
Our company seeks a self-motivated and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Data Analyst. This individual will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of Procurement master data and systems that support purchasing operations across the enterprise.
The Senior Procurement Data Analyst serves as the primary owner of Procurement-related SAP master data, including Material Master records, Purchase Information Records (PIRs), Source Lists, supplier purchasing information, and procurement compliance reporting. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining governance processes, audit programs, and system controls that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Procurement standards.
The position partners closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Data Governance teams to support material creation, sourcing initiatives, SAP enhancements, open purchase order governance, and continuous improvement efforts. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for Procurement data integrity and system-related support across all operating locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain governance processes for externally procured SAP material records, ensuring procurement master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with established standards to support purchasing, planning, sourcing, and supplier management activities, including pricing, lead times, units of measure conversions, supplier assignments, Country of Origin, and other procurement-related attributes.
- Develop and administer a Purchase Information Record (PIR) audit program for purchased items, identifying data discrepancies, driving corrective actions, and ensuring procurement master data integrity across the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new material creation data integrity, partnering with Procurement Buyers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure required procurement data is complete, accurate, and aligned with established master data standards prior to SAP material creation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Purchase Information Record (PIR) data governance in support of SAP implementations, system expansions, enhancements, testing, and ongoing business operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking and reporting past due purchase orders, ensuring SAP delivery dates accurately reflect supplier commitments.
- Investigate and resolve procurement-related receiving and data integrity issues within SAP.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct material invoice discrepancies related to direct material spend, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of procurement and supplier related issues.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support the resolution of delivery, quality, and documentation issues, ensuring required procurement records and supplier documentation remain complete, accurate, and current.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier documentation compliance, partnering with Receiving, Quality Assurance, and Procurement teams to ensure material and documentation non-conformances are properly documented, investigated, and resolved. Drive supplier accountability for providing all required documentation prior to shipment and delivery.
- Own the development, execution, administration, and maintenance of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for direct material suppliers, ensuring agreements remain current, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
- Own the end-to-end management of SAP Price Agreements for direct material suppliers, ensuring pricing, validity periods, commercial terms, and supporting documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with approved supplier agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA or BS in Business Administration, Operations Planning or a related field; MBA, CPM, or APICS certification desirable.
- 7+ years of related procurement experience including purchasing, inventory control, contract negotiation, supply management, supplier relationships
- Experience maintaining and auditing Procurement master data, including Material Master records, Purchase Information Records (PIRs), Source Lists, and supplier purchasing information.
- Experience supporting ERP system implementations, upgrades, testing, or master data conversions preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP Procurement Master Data, including Material Master, Purchase Info Records (PIRs), Source Lists, Purchase Orders, and pricing condition records.
- Advanced Microsoft Excell skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, PowerBI, and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and audit processes to support procurement compliance and operational performance.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of purchasing procedures

WORK SCHEDULE:
· This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
