Job Title: Director of Product, Data & Analytics

Business Unit: Information Technology

Reports to: Executive Director of Data Analytics, Information Technology

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

Trulieve's Data & Analytics team builds the data foundation, applications, and intelligence the business runs on every day: realtime sales and inventory reporting, retail and employee-facing applications, product information and master data systems, and forecasting that drives operational decisions. We are seeking a director-level product leader who is also a hands-on builder: someone who owns products from strategy through delivery to measured business impact, and who personally ships. This is a hands-on senior role that leads through expertise and influence, scoped for depth of impact across a high-value product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product direction and delivery for a portfolio of data-driven applications, including realtime retail operating tools, product and master data experiences, and employee-facing applications, from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders across retail, supply chain, and finance to identify high-value opportunities, define measurable outcomes, and prioritize the portfolio accordingly.
  • Personally design, prototype, build, and ship product, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tooling and the team's delivery platform and standards.
  • Define success metrics for each initiative up front and track them through delivery; demonstrate progress through working software and measured business results.
  • Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and quality assurance to deliver on a governed data platform within a regulated industry.
  • Mentor teammates, guide early-career talent, and contribute to raising the team's product and engineering practices.
  • Champion modern ways of working, including AI-assisted development, automation, and streamlined delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of combined experience across product management and software engineering, including senior or leadership roles.
  • A track record of taking products from idea to launch to measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on builder: you still prototype, write code, and ship to production, and you are comfortable across product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • Working daily proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (code assistants, agents) as a core part of how you deliver.
  • Experience building on data platforms, APIs, and analytics; strong data fluency.
  • Excellent communication with executive and business stakeholders; a history of leading through influence.

Preferred:

  • Retail, CPG, ecommerce, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience thriving in flat, fast-moving, or startup-style environments where seniority means broader ownership rather than larger teams.

Please apply directly through our official careers site or authorized recruitment channels.  Using third-party application services may create issues with your applicant profile and lead to processing delays.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
