Job Title: Engagement Logistics Manager

Business Unit: Outreach

Location: Remote/Florida Preferred

Reports To: Director of Engagement

 

Position Summary:

The Engagement Logistics Manager plans, coordinates, and executes logistics for engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners within the cannabis industry. The Engagement Logistics Manager role ensures seamless operational support for educational events, patient outreach programs, dispensary activations, and community activities, aligning with compliance standards and Trulieve brand objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with retail operations, marketing, physician relations, and external partners to deliver impactful, compliant engagement experiences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engagement activities adhere to state cannabis regulations and internal SOPs (e.g., sampling restrictions, advertising/claims, age verification, and ADA considerations).
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Source and manage vendors (catering, rentals, security, interpreters), negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and maintain preferred vendor lists.
  • Budget Management: Create event budgets, track spend, reconcile invoices, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
  • Inventory & Materials Logistics: Coordinate transport and setup of educational materials, compliant signage, swag, and demo equipment; maintain storage and replenishment processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track attendance, physician participation, NPS/satisfaction, and community impact; prepare post-event debriefs with insights and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Standardize playbooks, checklists, and run-of-show templates; continuously optimize timelines and cross-functional workflows

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in event/logistics management; cannabis, healthcare, or regulated retail experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations and compliance requirements affecting engagement/marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at stakeholder coordination and vendor negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams), project/event tools, and basic budget tracking.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional evenings/weekends as events require.
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check

Work Schedule:

  • 45+ hours weekly with flexible hours and travel up to 50% of work schedule to support the needs of the business.
