Job Title: Lead Production Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Production Recruiter is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role manages a high-volume requisition load, partners with business leaders to develop proactive recruiting strategies, and leads initiatives to improve onboarding and candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruiting plans
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes and improve time-to-fill metrics
Requisition Management
- Manage a requisition load across multiple departments and job families
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance onboarding programs for new hires
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline onboarding and increase employee engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to hire
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior & senior recruiters
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with business objectives
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a production environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and ATS systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives in recruiting and onboarding
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and present actionable insights
