Job Title: Process Strategy Analyst
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: National Supply Chain Manager- Process Strategy
Location: (Remote Position)
Position Summary:
We are searching for a talented Process Strategy Analyst to ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in duties related to internal and regulatory ERP systems and data such as analyzing large complex data sets, maintaining and updating existing tools/software solutions, prepare routine reports, and supporting compliance of governing regulatory systems.
To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced tool/software development and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose anomalies & inconsistences within existing systems transaction data, communicate findings, and propose solutions related to SAP, BioTrack, Metrc, MJ Freeway, and any additional internal and regulatory ERP systems.
- Review systems transaction data utilizing standardized report generation.
- Compare data to historical transactions by department.
- Track, monitor and report findings to management.
- Validate reasonableness of data in accordance with anticipated output.
- Review systems transaction data utilizing standardized report generation.
- Compare data to the expected outputs by department.
- Compare transaction data between systems to confirm congruency.
- Review systems transaction data utilizing standardized report generation in multiple ERPs.
- Compare uniform data to validate consistency and traceability.
- Develop new features and capabilities for current/new tools to sustain success in a dynamic business environment.
- Vet and assist in implementing new software/tools for process strategy department.
- Evaluate critically the processes and methodologies used by Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Accounting, and other departments inside the scope of current tools/software applications and advise improvements.
- Collaborate regularly with internal business partners, on auditing & cleaning manufacturing datasets.
- Analyze data for trends, outliers, and anomalies, and then make corrections based on root cause analysis.
- Prepare and distribute key manufacturing reports within the business at routine intervals.
- Create new tools and strategies for controlling both existing and new business processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a FL DOH Level 2 background screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- Experience preferred with SAP, BioTrack, Metrc, and MJ Freeway.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data analytics or systems specialist role.
- Solid ability to analyze, identify, and correct mistakes within datasets.
- Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
