Job Title: Brand and Community Ambassador Manager

Department: Transformation

Reports to: Director of National Brand and Community Engagement

 

Role Summary:

The Brand and Community Ambassador Manager will lead a team of ambassadors and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Physician Engagement, and Field Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Oversee teams and processes that reach new customers/ satisfy current customers through marketing initiatives, localized marketing and/or events, and other activities that drive traffic, and deliver brand excitement. We are seeking a strategic and energetic manager to lead field marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and brand activations across Florida. This position will lead a team of Brand Ambassadors that will be the face of our brands, engaging with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients while teaching them about our products.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Brand & Community Ambassadors across multiple markets.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with national brand goals.
  • Build and maintain community partnerships to expand Trulieve’s presence and impact.
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign calendars and KPIs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, event ROI, and ambassador effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all field activities.
  • Grow the customer / patient pool through events and community partnerships.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute marketing events and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
  • Travel throughout the state to support team and events as needed

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, brand management, and/or community engagement
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams or field staff
  • High School Diploma preferred, degree in marketing or communication a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and represent a brand with professionalism
  • Results driven and passionate about meeting consumer’s needs.
  • Previous experience in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns
  • Strategic, self-motivated, intellectually curious, innovative and resourceful

 

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
  • Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
  • Frequently required to move/traverse throughout facilities, including tight spaces
  • Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices:
  • Regularly required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
  • Occasionally required to remain in a seated position
  • Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.  Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel 75% of work schedule.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
