Position title: Senior IT Finance Manager
Reports to: Senior IT Finance Leader

Role Summary:
The Senior IT Finance Manager is an integral part of the Trulieve Information Technology organization and leads financial planning, analysis, governance, and oversight for IT projects and operations. The role manages budgets, forecasts, capital and operating expenses, cost allocations, business cases, and vendor financial reviews while ensuring compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements. This position serves as a strategic finance partner to senior IT and business leadership, providing insights and recommendations that influence enterprise technology investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ongoing financial oversight for enterprise-wide IT initiatives, operations, and cost allocations.
• Oversee accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of capital and operating expenses, including financial reviews for software development, infrastructure, projects, and vendor contracts.
• Partner with IT and senior business leadership to evaluate business cases, funding requirements, investment priorities, financial risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine IT financial policies, procedures, controls, governance standards, and management reporting in alignment with enterprise finance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements; maintain documentation and drive timely resolution of financial control or reporting issues.
• Provide financial input for contract negotiations and statements of work, collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Enterprise Finance, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CIO and CFO.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or financial management, including experience supporting technology functions or complex enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading financial reviews, developing executive-level recommendations, and partnering with senior leaders on investment and funding decisions.
• Working knowledge of capital and operating expense accounting, cost allocation methodologies, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit support.
• Experience reviewing vendor contracts, statements of work, business cases, and project financials in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP, procurement, budgeting, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent executive communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Experience in IT financial management, technology portfolio governance, software capitalization, enterprise vendor management, or project accounting.
