Compensation & Performance Analyst

Reports to: Sr Compensation & Performance Manager

Department: Human Resources

 

Position Summary:

We are looking for an entry-level HR professional to join our team. This role will gain exposure to Performance Management and Compensation principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will support the Sr Compensation & Performance Manager in a variety of talent management and compensation efforts across the enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your HR expertise in critical pillars of Human Resources and make a positive impact in a rapidly growing organization. Must have a background in compensation structure design, analysis, and build out.

 

Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Manage the hourly and salaried performance management process/workflow within Trulieve’s HRIS (Success Factors) on a quarterly cadence
  • Run, organize, and interpret reports using advanced Excel functions to ensure process compliance within the performance, goals, and succession modules
  • Partner with the field HR team and business leaders to drive compliance and calibrate performance reviews
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and deploy tools, trainings, resources, and best practices in support of talent management and development processes

 

Compensation

  • Utilizing performance review data, manage the hourly and salaried compensation review process/workflow within Trulieve’s HRIS (Success Factors) on a quarterly cadence including the generation and review of compensation planning worksheets within the HRIS, and monitor review progress
  • Consolidate, review, and create reporting of compensation increase data to provide senior leadership teams with a high-level overview
  • Complete job evaluations to analyze positions to ascertain the impact and compensation of the role
  • Support efforts to submit and analyze compensation surveys
  • Support in managing salary structure creation and maintenance
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Takes Initiative - Proactively identifies ways to contribute to the team’s goals and missions; achieves results without needing reminders from others; identifies and takes action to address problems and opportunities
  • Data Analytics - Strong aptitude for reporting, data analysis, and evaluation in support of talent management and compensation processes
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills – Comfortable working with large data sets and using pivot tables and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, IF-THEN, etc.)

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years relevant professional experience working within Finance or Compensation
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential information
  • Ability to remain organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
  • Experience applying knowledge of compensation concepts, principles, and practices in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills – Proven ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, and manage processes and projects in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
