Executive Director of Supplier Management

Reporting: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Preferred FL, AZ, PA or OH.

Summary: The executive director of supplier management is responsible for developing and implementing the Trulieve’s overall supply chain strategy, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, and optimizing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including research & development, project management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives throughout the supply chain, while maintaining or improving quality and service levels.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience. • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of goods and services.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, seeking to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience in ERP systems and supply chain software

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
