Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Video Content Creator who will promote our mission and elevate our communications. The right candidate should have experience developing short form, attention-grabbing video or motion content capturing a viewer’s attention within the first few seconds and effectively driving an intended conversion.

The Video Content Creator will work in a fast-paced environment, developing multiple videos and animations at a time ranging from social to in-store displays, following brand guidelines, and aligning to state regulations. They will report to the Video/Motion Lead and collaborate closely with Trulieve’s Creative and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other teams to develop video and motion content that effectively inspires engagement.
• Align to core brand guidelines for Trulieve as well as our product brands.
• Develop across key channels, such as social media and in-store platforms.
• Incorporate and navigate feedback from multiple shareholders in a timely manner.
• Participate in developing content strategy, storyboards, and creative presentations for video projects.
• Understand the best utilization of existing footage and animated assets.
• Provide creative input on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce high quality, engaging creative.
• Take existing static channel assets built in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign and create videos cohesive with the original concept.

Requirements:

• Proven video editing, motion graphics, and animated content creation experience.
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing polished final creative.
• High degree of proficiency in video production and motion animations.
• Strong experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with additional experience in Adobe creative suite like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Skilled understanding of social media and paid media guidelines and rules.
• Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborates effortlessly with others.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in video creation.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
