Job Title: WFM Real Time Analyst

Department: Operations

Reports to: Director of WFM (Tu Nguyen)

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Real Time Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring that the service level agreements for various stores are met.

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor stores’ performance to ensure service level, fulfillment time and wait time are all in compliance.

· Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their inventory delivery check in, online order processing, and walk-in processes to improve customer experience.

· Provide daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly updates to leadership.

· Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Demonstrate sound work ethic.

· Must have intermediate to advanced level in Computer skills

· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

· Previous retail experience preferred.

· Previous Work Force Management experience is considered an asset.

· Ability to take initiative. Flexible team player with a positive attitude

· Must have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and with tight timelines.

· Must be friendly and professional with a positive attitude.

· Organized with the ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change.

· Able to communicate professionally (oral and written)

· Problem-solving skills

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
